Open from 7am, we offer intimate reformer Pilates sessions with a maximum of two people per class, ensuring personalised attention and high-quality coaching. Clients can choose between pay-as-you-go classes or a monthly membership, making it easy to train consistently while enjoying a calm, beautifully designed space focused on strength, posture and full-body toning.
