Pilates Membership & Booking Policy
Booking & Confirmation
All Pilates sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our booking system.
Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from FitCare Health.
Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.
No-Cancellation Policy
Once a Pilates session is booked, it cannot be cancelled by the client.
If you are unable to attend, the session will be counted as used unless FitCare Health approves a change in writing.
All booking changes are at the sole discretion of FitCare Health.
24-Hour Notice for Changes
If you need to request a change, you must contact FitCare Health at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
We may, at our discretion, allow the booking to be moved to another date.
Late requests will not be honoured.
